Pet Tags UK required a bespoke e-commerce solution for their business selling laser engraved pet tags online.
They recognised that purchasing these types of items online was frustrating as the usual websites selling them don't provide accurate previews of how the finished tag will look.
Hayden built a bespoke e-commerce website based on our custom framework, enabling customers to preview their tag designs in real time.
Pet Tags UK can now also batch process orders daily, with PDFs generated and sent to the laser engraving machinery and postage labels and packing slips sent directly to the relevant printers. This allows them to process up to 20 orders per hour and saves considerable time and money compared to manually operated systems. This in turn means Pet Tags UK can keep their pricing competitive without compromising quality or customer service.
An easy-to-use website with single page checkout, choice of payment options and delivery estimation was built to ensure the ordering process was as simple as possible for the customer.
A fully bespoke tag builder was built, allowing the customer to view an accurate preview and the design files to be generated for the laser engraving systems without any manual design work required.
